INFORMATION SHEET
DEEP SEA REEF FISHING
WHAT TYPE OF FISH? Fishing is seasonal but typical species caught are: Snapper, Kingfish, Jewfish, Blue Morwong, Trevally, Flathead, Leatherjackets, Tailor, Bonito, Australian Salmon, Striped Tuna, Teraglin, Dolphinfish, Bream, Nannygai & John Dory.
WHEN? All year round, weather permitting: Morning charters 6am to 1.30pm – Currently closed on Wednesdays
HOW MUCH? 7½ hr Morning charters $130 p/p. Prices valid from 20 April 2010. Includes GST.
WHAT BOAT? 36ft 'Sea Runner' departs from Terrigal Haven.
HOW MANY PEOPLE? Book as an individual or a group. 'Sea Runner' fishes 10 comfortably
EQUIPMENT? Shimano Rods & reels, bait and tackle are provided.
WHERE DO WE FISH? Between 2 and 15 nautical miles offshore, depending on: the season, the weather, the currents and where the fish are biting best!
ARE FISH GUARANTEED? We cannot guarantee fish, but we do pretty well and have a lot of regular clients and referrals.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED? Morning tea is provided. Crew cuts bait and cleans fish. Recreational fishing licence not required. Clients are covered by our block licence.
PAYMENT METHOD? Credit card by Master or Visa card. Cash on the day BUT only with a credit card guarantee to hold your booking.
GAME FISHING CHARTERS
WHAT TYPE OF FISH? Yellowfin Tuna, Albacore, Striped Tuna, Blue, Black & Striped Marlin, Dolphinfish & Sharks.
HOW MUCH? $1650 for the boat as a group booking. Prices valid from 20th April 2010. Includes 10% GST
HOW MANY PEOPLE? Group bookings only, Maximum of 6 people. (Not for individuals)
WHEN? 6am to 4pm, 10 hour charter
WHAT BOAT? 36ft 'Sea Runner' departs from Terrigal Haven (see above map)
EQUIPMENT? Is included in the rates. Shimano rods & reels 24kg line capacity.
WHERE DO WE GO? Approx. 25 – 30 Nautical miles offshore, around the Continental Shelf. Either south to Browns Mountain off Sydney, or north to Norah Head Canyons, depending on winds, sea state, currents & water temperature.
ARE FISH GUARANTEED? Game Fishing is seasonal and we cannot guarantee fish, but we won't take bookings if we know there are no game fish about.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED? Morning tea is provided. Clients should bring their own lunch and liquid refreshments. Skippers & crew will provide expert advise and assist clients with their fishing. Recreational fishing licence not required. Clients are covered by our block licence.
